Our actuators are SIL3 certified by TÜV, with System Architecture Reviews (SAR) and final integration SIL verification performed in-house by a dedicated team of TÜV-qualified engineers. Maintaining control over the full validation process — from concept to final certification — ensures consistency, traceability and alignment with the most demanding functional safety requirements. All ProControl actuation systems are engineered to deliver reliability, repeatability and compliance in critical and high-consequence environments. Our integrated management system is certified to:

Compliance, for us, is not a reactive exercise. It is embedded within our governance framework — shaping decisions, processes and accountability across the organization. This approach ensures that operational excellence and sustainability principles are consistently applied throughout the entire value chain. Over the past few years, ProControl has achieved significant technical progress, particularly in the development of our AISI 316 stainless steel actuator range. This portfolio is intentionally positioned for offshore and LNG applications, where corrosion resistance, material integrity and lifecycle stability are critical design parameters. Across our full actuator portfolio — pneumatic and hydraulic — we have completed endurance testing with independent third-party validation by TÜV Nord in accordance with EN 15714-3 (2009 & 2022) and EN 15714-4 (2009 & 2025). This ensures alignment with API 6DX and IOGP requirements, where applicable, supporting deployment in the most demanding operating environments. ProControl also supplies 316 stainless steel gearboxes, tested and certified to IP66 / IP67 / IP68. These solutions are typically selected for offshore and harsh environment duty, where long standstill periods, exposure to aggressive conditions and reliability over time are key operational requirements.
