PRO CONTROLS CONTINUAL EXPANSION
Pro Controls continual expansion and growth has meant that it has been necessary to further invest in a new production management system. Pro Controls management have given careful consideration to selecting a system which suits our business style (professional project management , flexibility and customer service). Based on these elements, Pro control has selected , and is currently implementing the E-SIGIP system which is based on the most innovative manufacturing techniques of MRP II - MRP III – CRP – KANBAN.
This product allows us to have a winning product/solution to overcome all problems related to the manufacturing process, key elements are SCM (Supply Chain Management) & CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
E-SIGIP has been also tied into our latest investment of fully computerized vertical storage bins as shown in the photo.

Pro Control srl manufacturing plant located in Castell’Arquato, Piacenza Italy is pleased to announce that on February 28th 2008 Pro Control GmbH has been established.Pro Control GmbH is located in Albert-Einstein Strasse 25, D-76829, Landau / Pfalz, Germany .
With recently built modern facilities specifically designed for handling heavy duty scotch yoke actuators. Our customers can count on experienced personnel with 20 years experience and back ground in heavy duty scotch yoke actuators.
As you may have noticed and experienced, over the past few years the domestic market in Germany has seen a considerable decrease in suppliers for heavy duty high torque scotch yoke actuator suppliers, hence our decision to expand our company to enable our clients to have a serious alternative solution where quality, service, flexibility, delivery and commercial competitiveness is Pro Control GmbH strength. Pro Control GmbH shall service directly the domestic market in Germany through our experienced inside and outside sales personnel.
Pro Control GmbH can count on a factory floor space of approx 800 m2, which is divided into :
Stock & Warehouse area,
Assembly dept,
Testing dept,
Machining dept equipped with a new 5 axis CNC machining centre to allow for maximising our flexibility.
The facility is fully equipped for valve automation. Our experienced workshop personnel and technical dept are always available for any specific customer needs. We have a fully equipped after sales service dept, should the customer require any form of assistance.
